The mind is a midst of chaos.

The mind is a midst of chaos. Random thoughts about the most unimportant things. That bully in 6th grade, you remember his face perfectly and what he did and what he said to you. But do you even remember the good things that happened to you that year? Probably not. Negativity fills you up like the air fills up the balloon. Constantly comparing yourself with other people. Constantly nagging your flaws and reminding yourself how bad you are. Thinking of yourself that you are a failure and whatever in the past 18 years you have dealt with are all just mistakes. You don't think you are worthy of anything, do you? Then why are you here? Why don't you just end it? Wouldn't that simply solve the problem? You won't be feeling with those thoughts anymore, you will be free! But wait a minute. Take a step back from that scary thought. Have you noticed how many lives that has been positively affected by your presence? It may be your parents, your grandmother, or that one particular person you just became friends with, or it can be that one friend who has been with you for nearly your whole life. How would they feel if you are gone? If you have made a positive impact on them, then what would happen once you are not there anymore? Think about it.

Okay so how do you tackle those bad thoughts? Those villains inside your mind who keeps sending out negative vibes. Well I won't tell you what exactly to do because I also don't know the right answer. I deal with it, everyone deals with it. Just remember that you're not alone. Expectations can bring you down for sure, so don't have them. LOL just kidding, its natural, you will obviously have expectations, but realize how realistic they are. I mean you can expect to get an A grade in an exam which you have studied for weeks but you can't expect to get an A grade if you don't even know which chapters to read. You shouldn't also expect things when you aren't ready. If YOU are not ready to face it, then having the expectation of it, is totally useless. It takes time to deal with the constant battles of negativity inside your head, but it can change. YOU can change it. No one else can. Everyone has their own problems to face, they won't bother to face your problems with you. And its not a bad thing. Accepting yourself is probably the hardest in the weirdest way possible. Like you constantly think about yourself the whole time but just bad things. So occupied with your thoughts about yourself that you don't even realize what's happening around you. I don't blame ya. I guess we are made that way. Anyways, just wanted to put it out there that those feelings comes and goes, but we do have the strength to face it, even if we think the opposite. We are all strong, interesting beings.

So take a deep breathe, have the courage to face yourself to the world and one day you will turn that negativity to a positive one.
