Half A Love (Ch. 2)

*I have no excuse anymore for not updating my blog xD all I can I say is that I'm sorry! :D But finally I got the chance to do so now so here it goes!*

Months had past and Avery had no idea about the whole letter incident. Avery was enjoying college but once in a while remembered Jimin. Jimin on the other hand kept ignoring what he had read but still had that letter with him on his study table. He always looked at it before going to bed, and he don't know why. They never contacted each other, both scared for some reason. They would talk if their old friends from school invited them in group chats. Both of them lived in complete opposite directions and there was no sign of seeing each other ever again.

It was summer time, and second year of college had already passed. Avery was still in college for couple of weeks before she headed back home. One day while she was in her dorm room, she got an email from her professor saying she has to come for an argent meeting. It was quite sudden, which made Avery a bit nervous. 

"Hi Dr. Garvey! I just got your email about a meeting?"

"Oh yes! Thank you for coming! Let's wait for some other students too."

*10 minutes later*

"Hello all fellow students! I have a big surprise for you! Some may like it and some won't. You students have the right to decide whether you want to do this or not. Alright so, in two weeks from now, we have chosen you students for a study aboard internship, which relates to your major. I know you guys will ask about the financial situations but that has been covered. We know you guys are really hardworking students and have proved it quite well!"

"Wait, so where are we going?"

"And that is also a surprise for now. We have given a brief information to all of your parents, so you guys have two days to decide whether you attend this not." 

This seemed really strange for Avery, but she felt it was going to quite an adventure! Besides she really needed a break from everything anyway. She talked to her parents about it and they felt it was a good idea too so she decided to go!

*A week later*

All was set, everything packed. Mostly all who was invited for this internship agreed to go. By this time Avery didn't really think about Jimin. She knew that the study aboard was going to be in the same  country as his college was but she didn't give much thought too it.

After the exceeding flight, they got into this lavish hotel. Everything felt like royal and beautiful. Avery was really tired so once she got into her room, she fell asleep. The next day became probably the best and worse surprise for her!

*Next Day*

"Good morning students! I am very pleased that you guys are up this early despite the jet lag. This won't take the whole day so don't worry! Today we are going to the place where the internship is and we will have all of you introduced and make everything official. As this study aboard is for nearly 3 months, you all are going to have the best and quite challenging experience out here! So lets go!"

Everything was going normal. Avery was super tired, but she got her new internship id, and the room for her to work. It felt like a dream. Everyone was in awe but they knew hardship will flow in soon. Avery didn't realize which company she is interning in until the professor explained:

"As you all know, this internship is affiliated with the college that is very well known here. Our college also has really good relations with them so you all better behave in a good way and don't let us down!"

Avery felt like she knows this college but couldn't remember how until she saw him..
